Corrections

Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where the right figure comes from. When we change a fact we add a dated correction note to the end of the review.

Product suggestions

We choose what to test ourselves, but suggestions from readers shape the list. Tell us the product, the skin or hair type you would use it on, and what you want to know before buying.

Makers and press

Makers may send product information to the same address. Sending a product does not guarantee a review, and no maker sees a review before it is published.

We cannot answer questions about reactions, allergies or skin conditions. Please ask a doctor, a pharmacist or a dermatologist.
